At Plateau Florist helping our customers connect with the important people in their lives, so it’s important that our customers stay connected to us. To further assist you, we’ve provided answers to any inquiries you may have about our services. The time and date that your order is delivered is affected by the time and date that your order is placed, the method of delivery you select, weather conditions, and whether the destination is a remote location.

Delivery Options

Same-day orders must be placed before Noon Tuesday thru Friday. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. and before 1PM on Saturday. We deliver from 9AM-6:30PM. Businesses will be delivered before 5PM, unless an express delivery package is requested. If your recipient is only
available at select times of the day, we highly suggest choosing an express delivery option to guarantee your delivery date and time. Funeral deliveries will be verified with the funeral home or church and delivered accordingly. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Express Delivery

3 Hour Express Delivery: We can guarantee delivery in 3 hours for an additional $20.00 fee in Local zip codes, as well as Zone 4, 5 and 7; orders must be placed by 11:00 AM PST to qualify for this same-day delivery option.

2 Hour Express Delivery: We can guarantee delivery in 2 hours for an additional $30.00 fee in Local zip codes and Zone 4, 5 and 7; orders must be placed prior to 11:30 AM PST to qualify for this same-day delivery option.

Delivery Status

You will receive an email confirmation once your delivery has been made. Your order will be delivered within the time frame requested on the delivery date requested. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you via telephone and e-mail to coordinate a solution.

Recipient Not Home

If your recipient is not home, we will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbor, an apartment office, or a co-worker. We will leave a note on the door of the recipient and a message on their phone. If we are unable to locate anyone to accept the order, weather-permitting, we will leave the delivery on the doorstep. If we are unable to locate someone to sign for the delivery and are unable to leave the flowers at the door, we will bring the order back to the store and notify you. There will be a re-delivery attempt charge of $15.00.

Sunday Delivery

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and prior to delivery. All cancellations and/or credit card changes are subject to a 10% credit card transaction retainer. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 20% retainer.

Substitution Policy

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact
bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery. You deserve the best. If an item is unavailable, we’ll sub in products of equal or greater value.

In this event, we will deliver an arrangement with similar flowers and a container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value.

School Deliveries

Deliveries to schools must be placed before 9:00 AM to guarantee same day delivery. We do not accept deliveries to students currently. Deliveries to faculty and staff will be delivered to the main office.

Office Deliveries

We will do our best to hand the delivery directly to the recipient, but many businesses require us to deliver to security or the reception area.

Rural Deliveries

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to find a florist in the delivery area, but some areas are undeliverable, and we will notify you if this is the case.

Special Delivery Instructions

If you input special delivery instructions, we will not be responsible for the item once the instructions are carried out. Ex: If you tell us to leave the flowers on the doorstep, we will not be responsible once the item is left on the step. We will go above and beyond to deliver your flowers. We appreciate you allowing us to deliver your floral gift. We will respect it with care.

Texting Images

We would love to share the image with you when the order is completed for delivery, providing this service is $7.00 per image. Please let us know at check out.
